Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25

  5. DISCONNECT WATER A PIPE AND HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the water A pipe and hose sub-assembly from the cylinder head cover.

  6. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 8 ignition coil connectors.

    2. Remove the 8 bolts and 8 ignition coils.
  7. REMOVE SPARK PLUG 
    1. Remove the 8 spark plugs.
