Terminals Of Ecu [10/2023 - ]

HINT: 

For the inspection terminal of LIN communication, refer to LIN communication system.

  1. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the H21 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      H21-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      H21-2 (B) - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
    3. Reconnect the H21 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      H21-7 (DOWN) - H21-1 (GND) Power window motor DOWN input Ignition switch ON, multiplex network master switch assembly not pushed or not pulled 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch ON, driver door power window moving, multiplex network master switch assembly pushed halfway down (Manual operation) Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON, power window fully closed 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch ON, driver door power window moving, multiplex network master switch assembly fully pushed down (Auto operation) Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON, power window fully open 11 to 14 V
      H21-10 (UP) - H21-1 (GND) Power window motor UP input Ignition switch ON, multiplex network master switch assembly not pushed or not pulled 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch ON, driver door power window moving, multiplex network master switch assembly pulled halfway up (Manual operation) Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON, multiplex network master switch assembly fully open 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch ON, driver door power window moving, multiplex network master switch assembly fully pulled up (Auto operation) Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON, power window fully closed 11 to 14 V
  2. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Disconnect the H2 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      H2-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      H2-2 (B) - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
    3. Reconnect the H2 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Ignition switch ON, front passenger door power window fully open 11 to 14 V
      H2-7 (DOWN) - H2-1 (GND) Power window motor DOWN input Ignition switch ON, power window regulator switch assembly not pushed or not pulled 11 to 14 V

  3. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Disconnect the K15 rear power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      K15-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      K15-2 (B) - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
    3. Reconnect the K15 rear power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  4. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Disconnect the K1 rear power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      K1-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      K1-2 (B) - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
    3. Reconnect the K1 rear power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  5. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the I5 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      I5-11 (B) - I5-12 (GND) Power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
      I5-12 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the I5 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  6. CHECK FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the H31 front multiplex network door ECU LH connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      H31-6 (BDR) - H31-1 (GND) Battery power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
      H31-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the H31 front multiplex network door ECU LH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      H31-5 (BDRJ) - H31-1 (GND) Power window regulator motor power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V

  7. CHECK FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the H12 front multiplex network door ECU RH connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      H12-6 (BDR) - H12-1 (GND) Battery power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
      H12-1 (GND) - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the H12 front multiplex network door ECU RH connector.
    4. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
