Terminals Of Ecu [10/2018 - ]

  1. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the K7 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      K7-11 (B) - K7-12 (GND) P - W-B Power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V
      K7-12 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the K7 multiplex network master switch assembly connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      K7-20 (UP) - K7-12 (GND) G - W-B Power window motor UP output Ignition switch ON, driver door power window regulator switch not pushed or pulled 11 to 14 V
      Ignition switch ON, driver door power window moving, driver door power window regulator switch pulled halfway up (Manual operation) Below 1 V
  2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (FOR DRIVER DOOR)

    1. Disconnect the K2 power window regulator motor assembly (for driver door) connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the K2 power window regulator motor assembly (for driver door) connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (FOR FRONT PASSENGER DOOR)

    1. Disconnect the J2 power window regulator motor assembly (for front passenger door) connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

  4. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (FOR REAR LH DOOR)

    1. Disconnect the M2 power window regulator motor assembly (for rear LH door) connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  5. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY (FOR REAR RH DOOR)

    1. Disconnect the L2 power window regulator motor assembly (for rear RH door) connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  6. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY AND MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Remove the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) from the instrument panel junction block assembly.

      Refer to REMOVAL [10/2018 - 07/2022] Refer to REMOVAL [07/2022 - ]

    2. Reconnect the instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.
    3. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      HINT: 

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors connected.

      MB-11 (GND1) - Body ground - Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      MB-31 (BECU) - Body ground - Battery power supply Ignition switch off 11 to 14 V

    4. Install the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) to the instrument panel junction block assembly.

      Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2018 - ]

    5. Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.
