Removal [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ]

  2. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and battery carrier.

  3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 2 clips and engine room side cover LH.

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM RELAY BLOCK 
    1. Remove the bolt and nut, disconnect the No. 3 engine room relay block from the body.

  5. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1) 
    1. Disconnect the connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

    2. Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor.
      • SST: 09224-00011

  6. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1) 
    1. Disconnect the connector and detach the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor.
