Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR 

    HINT: 

    Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the knock sensor. (Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2015 - 09/2018] or refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2018 - ] )

    1. Install the 2 knock sensors with the 2 bolts as shown in the illustration.

      *A for Bank 2
      *B for Bank 1
      *a Engine Front
      *b Top
      *c 10°
      *d 5°

      Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

    2. Connect the 2 connectors to the 2 knock sensors.
    3. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps to connect the sensor wire.
  2. INSTALL FUEL DELIVERY PIPE
