DTC Check / Clear [09/2015 - ]

  1. CHECK DTC 
    1. Turn the power switch off.
    2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    3. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    4. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 1 / Trouble Code.
    5. Check for DTCs.
    6. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    7. Check for DTC.

      HINT: 

      As the driving support ECU and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-collision system, be sure to check the DTCs Pre-Collision 1 and Pre-Collision 2.

  2. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Turn the power switch off.
    2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    3. Turn the power switch on (IG).
    4. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 1 / Trouble Code.
    5. Select "Clear", and clear the data.
    6. Using the Techstream, enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    7. Select "Clear", and clear the data.

      HINT: 

      As the driving support ECU and seat belt control ECU output DTCs for the pre-collision system, be sure to check the DTCs Pre-Collision 1 and Pre-Collision 2.
