Removal [09/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for AWD) 
  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    (Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ] )

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH (for 2WD) 

    (Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ] )

  4. DISCONNECT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR CONNECTOR 
    1. for Bank 1 Sensor 2:

      Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

    2. for Bank 2 Sensor 2:

      Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

  5. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER LH (for AWD) 
    1. Remove the 3 nuts, 3 grommets and front floor cover LH.

  6. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR 
    1. for Bank 1 Sensor 2:

      Disconnect the grommet from the body.

      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *1 Grommet
    2. Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor.

      • SST: 09224-00010 
    3. for Bank 2 Sensor 2:

      Disconnect the grommet from the body.

      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *A for 2WD
      *B for AWD
      *1 Grommet
    4. for AWD:

      Disconnect the 2 clamps.

    5. Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor.
