Slip Indicator Light Circuit: Procedure

1. Clear the DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2012 - ] .
2. Check for the DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2012 - ] .
   RESULT

A: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Select the Active Test mode on the Techstream.
   COMBINATION METER:
   
   

   Tester Display	Test Part	Control Range	Diagnostic Note
   Indicat. Lamp Slip	Turns slip indicator light	ON / OFF	Confirm that the vehicle is stopped and engine idling

4. Check that the slip indicator light turns on or off when using the Techstream.

   OK

   The slip indicator light turns on or off in accordance with the Techstream.

   HINT: 

   If troubleshooting has been carried out according to the PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE, refer back to the table and proceed to the next step before replacing the part. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [09/2012 - ] .

NG → See step   7 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Select the Active Test mode on the Techstream.
   ABS/VSC/TRAC

4. Check that the slip indicator light turns on or off when using the Techstream.

   OK

   The slip indicator light turns on or off in accordance with the Techstream.

   If troubleshooting has been carried out according to the PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE, refer back to the table and proceed to the next step before replacing the part. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [09/2012 - ] .

OK: Go to next step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Select the Data List mode on the Techstream.
   ABS/VSC/TRAC
