Yaw Rate And Acceleration Sensor: Removal: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Navigation System for HDD) 
    NOTE:

    After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX 

    HINT: 

    Refer to the instructions for Removal of the console box. Refer to REMOVAL .

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT (for Automatic Transmission)  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 49
  4. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT (for Manual Transmission)  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 50
  5. REMOVE YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR 
    1. Separate the 2 wire harness clamps.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and yaw rate and acceleration sensor.
      NOTE:

      Do not remove the sensor from the bracket.

    3. Disconnect the connector.
