Rear Active Stabilizer Control Ecu: Installation: Installation

INSTALL REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU
1. Using the procedures below, connect the 2 ECU connectors.

  1. Connect the ECU connector. (*1)
  2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard. (*2)
  3. Lock the lever's lock. (*3)
2. Install the ECU with the 3 nuts.
  Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)
3. Connect the harness clamp to the rear active stabilizer control ECU.

INSTALL ACTIVE STABILIZER CONVERTER COVER
INSTALL TOOL BOX . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 6
INSTALL TOOL BOX BOARD
INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 8
INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH
INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
  NOTE:
  Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
