Inspection Procedure

INSPECT FUSE (RR MPX-B 2)

Disconnect the RR MPX-B 2 fuse from the luggage room junction block.

Measure the resistance of according to the value(s) in the table below

Standard resistance

RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
RR MPX-B 2 fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPLACE FUSE

OK: Go to next step

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

Disconnect the S15 or z54 switch connector.

Measure the resistance of according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:

for Ottoman

RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
S15-5 (E) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

except Ottoman

RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
z54-3 (E) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

Measure the voltage of according to the value(s) in the table below

Standard voltage:

for Ottoman

VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
S15-6 (B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V

except Ottoman

VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
z54-11 (B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
