Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the R19 display connector
2. Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform between each terminal and the body ground according to the conditions, as shown in the chart below

   R19-3 (R1+) - Body ground	Audio sound is being produced	A waveform synchronized with sound is output
   R19-4 (R1-) - Body ground	Audio sound is being produced	A waveform synchronized with sound is output

NG: Go to step 2 

OK: REPLACE TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL  )

1. Disconnect the R33 controller connector
2. Disconnect the R19 display connector
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   R33-3 (L1+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   R33-2 (L1-) - Body ground
   R33-5 (R1+) - Body ground
   R33-4 (R1-) - Body ground

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER  (See REMOVAL  ).
