Inspection Procedure
NOTE:
- Before performing troubleshooting, inspect the connectors of related circuits.
- If the suspension control ECU or height control sensor is replaced, the vehicle height offset calibration must be performed (See INITIALIZATION ).
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (ACCESS MODE SWITCH)
- Turn the engine switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Chassis / AHC / Data List.
- According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.
AHC
AHC REFERENCETester Display Measurement Item/Range Normal Condition Diagnostic Note Access Mode Switch Easy access mode switch /
ON or OFFON: Easy access mode switch pushed and held
OFF: Easy access mode switch not pushed- OK: On the Techstream screen, item changes between ON and OFF according to switch operation.
NG: Go to step 3
OK: Go to next Step
- TEST MODE INSPECTION
- Refer to the Test Mode Procedure and perform the signal check. Check that test mode DTC C1795 is cleared (See
TEST MODE PROCEDURE ).

A: REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (See REMOVAL )
- Refer to the Test Mode Procedure and perform the signal check. Check that test mode DTC C1795 is cleared (See
TEST MODE PROCEDURE ).
- INSPECT COMBINATION SWITCH (EASY ACCESS MODE SWITCH)
- Remove the combination switch (See REMOVAL ).
- Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
STANDARD RESISTANCETester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 3 (ECU1) - 6 (GND) Pushed and held Below 1 Ω Not pushed 10 kΩ or higher NG: REPLACE COMBINATION SWITCH

OK: Go to next Step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU - SWITCH)
- Disconnect the K30 ECU connector.
- Disconnect the E87 switch connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

OK: REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (See REMOVAL )
