DTC C1337/37 Different Diameter Tire Malfunction: Description

The skid control ECU measures the speed of each wheel by receiving signals from the speed sensor. These signals are used for recognizing that all 4 wheels are operating properly. Therefore, all wheel signals must be equal.

DTC DETECTION CONDITION CHART

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1337/37 When either of the following conditions is detected:
  • Diameter is different between the 2 front wheels and the 2 rear wheels
  • Wheel speed sensor fault
  • Speed sensor
  • Speed sensor rotor
  • Speed sensor circuit
  • Tire size
