Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the A7 connector from the ECM.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   STANDARD RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A7-21 (TC)*1 - K16-13 (TC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A7-3 (TC)*2 - K16-13 (TC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   HINT: *1: for 1UR-FSE *2: for 2GR-FSE

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - ECM)

OK : Go to next step. 

1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   STANDARD RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K16-4 (CG) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

OK : Go to next step. 

1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   STANDARD RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K16-13 (TC) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS AND EACH ECU

OK : PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
