Inspection Procedure

1. Disconnect the A7 ECM connector.
2. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

   Standard resistance 

   STANDARD RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A7-21 (TC)*1 - K16-13 (TC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A7-3 (TC)*2 - K16-13 (TC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   HINT: *1: for 1UR-FSE *2: for 2GR-FSE

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (DLC3 - ECM)

OK : Go to next step. 

1. Measure the resistance of the connector.

   Standard resistance 

   STANDARD RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K16-4 (CG) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

OK : Go to next step. 

1. Measure the resistance of the connector.

   Standard resistance 

   STANDARD RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   K16-13 (TC) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS OR EACH ECU

OK : REPLACE ECM
