Distance Control ECU Communication Stop Mode: Wiring Diagram

- CHECK CAN BUS LINE FOR DISCONNECTION (DISTANCE CONTROL ECU SUB BUS LINE)
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the distance control ECU (D2).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED VALUETester Connection Condition Specified Value D2-8 (CANH) - D2-9 (CANL) Disconnect the negative battery cable 54 to 69 Ω
NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE DISTANCE CONTROL ECU SUB BUS LINE OR CONNECTOR (CAN-H, CAN-L)
OK : GO TO NEXT STEP.
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (B, GND, SGND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED VALUETester Connection Condition Specified Value D2-12 (SGND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω D2-10 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED VALUETester Connection Condition Specified Value D2-1 (B) - Body ground Ignition switch on 10 to 14 V
OK : REPLACE DISTANCE CONTROL ECU
NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
