Inspection Procedure

1. Remove the P-IG1-1 fuse from the passenger side junction block.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   FUSE (P-IG1-1)
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   P-IG1-1 fuse	Always	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPLACE FUSE 

OK: GO TO NEXT STEP

1. Disconnect the L19 ECU connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   CLEARANCE WARNING ECU POWER SUPPLY RESISTANCE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   15 (IG) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   17 (E) -Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard voltage 

   CLEARANCE WARNING ECU POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE
   
   

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   15(IG)-17(E)	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE   )
