Inspection Procedure

1. Remove the LH-IG fuse from the cowl side junction block LH.
2. Measure the resistance of the LH-IG fuse.

   Standard resistance: Below 1 Ω 

NG: REPLACE LH-IG FUSE 

OK: Go to next step. 

1. Disconnect the Q37 ECU connector.
2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

   Standard voltage 

   CLEARANCE WARNING ECU (IG TERMINAL VOLTAGE)
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   IG (Q37-8) - Body ground	Engine switch ON (IG)	10 to 14 V

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU - BATTERY) 

OK: Go to next step. 

1. Disconnect the Q37 ECU connector.
2. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

   Standard resistance 

   CLEARANCE WARNING ECU - BODY GROUND
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   E (Q37-27) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 ohms

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
