Duration that the following conditions are met:
4 seconds or more
1. Accumulated purge volume
0.5 g or more
2. FTP
Less than -12.75 mmHg (-1.7 kPa)
CCV stuck open P0446:
CCV STUCK OPEN P0446
Purge VSV stuck closed
