Inspection Procedure

Perform Active Test of hand-held tester.

PREPARATION:

Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.

CHECK:

Check the cruise indicator of the combination meter using Active Test.

OK:

TESTER DISPLAY AND CHECK CONDITION

Description	Tester display	Check condition
CRUISE Indicator light	CRUISE INDIC	ON/OFF

OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
NG: Check and replace combination meter.
