- CHECK RESISTANCE (CANL - CANH OF DLC3)
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CANH of the DLC3.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CANL CIRCUIT - +B CIRCUIT, CANH CIRCUIT - +B CIRCUIT)
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher

- NG: Go to step 15
- OK: Go to next step
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and BAT of the DLC3.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CANL CIRCUIT - GROUND CIRCUIT, CANH CIRCUIT - GROUND CIRCUIT)
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher

- NG: Go to step 23
- OK: Go to next step
- IF THE SAME CODE IS STILL OUTPUT AFTER THE DTC IS DELETED, CHECK THE CONTACT CONDITION OF EACH CONNECTION
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CG of the DLC3.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17) - DLC3)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the DLC3 and CANL of the junction connector (J17).
OK:
Resistance: 1 Ω or less
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH of the DLC3 and CANH of the junction connector (J17).
OK:
Resistance: 1 Ω or less

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CAN BUS CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CANH of the skid control ECU wire harness side connector.
OK:
Resistance: 108 to 132 Ω

- OK: Go to step 10
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance between the terminals 1 and 4 of the junction connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 Ω or less
- Measure the resistance between the terminals 12 and 15 of the junction connector.

Resistance: 1 Ω or less

- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CANH of the skid control ECU.

- OK: IF THE SAME CODE IS STILL OUTPUT AFTER THE DTC IS DELETED, CHECK THE CONTACT CONDITION OF EACH CONNECTION
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CANH of the DLC3.

- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CANH of the steering angle sensor wire harness side connector.

- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CANH of the yaw rate sensor wire harness side connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher

- OK: Go to next step
- CHECK JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance between the terminals 1, 2, 3 or 4 and 12, 13, 14 or 15 of the junction connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPLACE JUNCTION CONNECTOR
- OK: REPLACE YAW RATE SENSOR
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (+B SHORT))
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher

- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK SKID CONTROL ECU
- Connect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- OK: REPLACE ABS & TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSY
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
- Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector.
- Measure resistance between terminals CANL and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure resistance between terminals CANH and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- OK: REPLACE STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK YAW RATE SENSOR
- Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- OK: REPLACE YAW RATE SENSOR
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK AND REPLACE JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance the between terminal BAT of the DLC3 and any CANL of the junction connector wire harness side connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal BAT of the DLC3 and any CANH of the junction connector wire harness side connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPLACE JUNCTION CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17))
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the skid control ECU.
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the skid control ECU wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH of the skid control ECU wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEERING ANGLE SENSOR - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17))
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the steering angle sensor wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH of the steering angle sensor wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (YAW RATE SENSOR - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17))
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the yaw rate sensor wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH of the yaw rate sensor wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher

- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and CG of the DLC3.

- CHECK SKID CONTROL ECU
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 3 kΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 3 kΩ or higher
- OK: REPLACE ABS & TRACTION ACTUATOR ASSY
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
- Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 3 kΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 3 kΩ or higher
- OK: REPLACE STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK YAW RATE SENSOR
- Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 3 kΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminals CANH and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 3 kΩ or higher
- OK: REPLACE YAW RATE SENSOR
- NG: Go to next step
- CHECK JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CG of the DLC3 and any CANL of the junction connector wire harness side connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CG of the DLC3 and any CANH of the junction connector wire harness side connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPLACE JUNCTION CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17))
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the skid control ECU.
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the skid control ECU wire harness side connector and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure resistance between terminal CANH of the skid control ECU wire harness side connector and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEERING ANGLE SENSOR - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17)
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the steering angle sensor wire harness side connector and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH of the steering angle sensor wire harness side connector and CG of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (YAW RATE SENSOR - JUNCTION CONNECTOR (J17))
- Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
- Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of the yaw rate sensor wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or more
- Measure the resistance between the terminal CANH of the yaw rate sensor wire harness side connector and BAT of the DLC3.
OK:
Resistance: 1 MΩ or higher
