Inspection Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION CAMERA ECU - NAVIGATION ECU)
- Disconnect the T16 connector from the television camera ECU.
- Disconnect the N2 connector from the navigation ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard:
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester connection (Terminal No.) Condition Specified condition TX+(T16-24) - TX+ (N2-5) Always Below 1 Ω TX- (T16-23) - TX- (N2-10) Always Below 1 Ω TX+ (T16-24) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher TX- (T16-23) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: Go to next step.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION CAMERA ECU-MULTI-DISPLAY ASSY)
- Disconnect the M4 connector from the multi-display assy.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard:
TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION CHARTTester connection (Terminal No.) Condition Specified condition TX+(T16-17) - TX+ (M4-13) Always Below 1 Ω TX- (T16-18) - TX- (M4-14) Always Below 1 Ω TX+ (T16-17) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher TX- (T16-18) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
- NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
- OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
