Inspection Procedure

  1. Check the power window master switch circuit using DTC check. (See  DTC B1221 / 21, B1222 / 22, B1223 / 23, B1224 / 24, B1225 / 25, B1226 / 26, B1241 / 41, B1252 / 52: POWER WINDOW/DOOR LOCK SWITCH CIRCUIT ON DRIVER/PASSENGER DOOR, POWER WINDOW SWITCH CIRCUIT ON REAR RIGHT/REAR LEFT DOOR, BODY NO. 1/NO. 2 ECU SWITCH CIRCUIT DIAGNOSIS  ) 
    1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table. (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  and  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ) 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 
  2. Check the power window master switch. (See  INSPECTION  ) 
    1. NG: Replace the power window master switch. 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 
  3. Check wire harness and connector between power window master switch and driver door ECU. 
    1. NG: Repair or replace wire harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table. (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  and  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  )
