Inspection Procedure

HINT:
In case of using the hand-held tester, start the inspection from step 1 and in case of not using the hand-held tester, start from step 2.
- Check headlight relay using hand-held tester.
PREPARATION:
Connect the hand-held tester to DLC 3.
CHECK:
Check that the headlight relay operate in ACTIVE TEST (See PRE-CHECK ).
- OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
- NG : Go to next step
- Check headlight relay circuit (See
INSPECTION
).
- NG : Replace engine room J/B assy with wire harness.
- OK : Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE ).
