Inspection Procedure

  1. Check ECU-IG1 fuse. 
    1. NG: Check for short in all the harness and components connected to ECU-IG1 fuse, and repair them. 
    2. OK: Go to Next Step 
  2. Check voltage between terminal IG of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground. 

    PREPARATION: 

    Remove Power Seat Control ECU with connectors being connected.

    CHECK: 

    Measure voltage between terminal IG of Power Seat Control ECU connector and body ground when ignition switch is ON and OFF.

    OK:

    1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table (See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  ). 
    2. NG: Check and repair harness or connector between Power Seat Control ECU and battery.
