Fuel Cutoff Valve & Fill Check Valve

  1. Ensure fuel tank is full. Disconnect vent line hose from fuel tank.
  2. Pressurize vent port of fuel tank to .58 psi (4 kPa). See Fig 1.
  3. Remove fuel tank cap. Check that pressure inside tank drops. If pressure does not drop, replace fuel tank assembly.
  4. Reconnect vent line hose to fuel tank.
