Inspection Procedure

ILLUMINATION
1. Check illumination operation.
  1. Check that the illuminations light up when light control switch, light control rheostat or automatic light control sensor operate.
  Standard: Combination meter, radio and player, etc illuminations light up.
1. NG: Go to COMBINATION METER
2. OK: Go to next step.
SERVICE CHECK MODE (NETWORK GATEWAY ECU)
1. Perform service check.
  1. Start the diagnosis system and read check result for gateway ECU.

1. A: Go to next step.
2. B: Go to step 4 .
CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BETWEEN RADIO AND PLAYER AND NETWORK GATEWAY ECU)
1. Disconnect the "R1" connector from radio and player.
2. Disconnect the "G3" connector from network gateway ECU.
3. Check continuity.
  1. Check continuity between radio and player and network gateway ECU.

1. NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
2. OK: Go to next step.
