2000 Models

  1. Remove A/C ECU, with connectors still connected. See A/C ECU (FRONT AMPLIFIER)  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  2. Backprobe and measure voltage between ground and A/C ECU connector terminal C11-12 (Blue/White wire). See Figure. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  3. If battery voltage exists, no problem is present at this time. If battery voltage does not exist, check ECU-B fuse (15-amp) located in left kick panel junction block. Replace fuse as necessary.
  4. If fuse is okay, repair or replace wiring harness or connector between junction block and rear A/C amplifier. If fuse is not okay, check for short in ECU-B fuse circuit, repair as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
