Circuit Description

Sub-throttle actuator operates in accordance with signals from ECU. ECU controls opening and closing of sub-throttle valve. DTC is set when ECU detects open or short in sub-throttle actuator circuit. Possible causes are:

• TRAC fuse.
• BM open or short circuit.
• Sub-throttle actuator.
• Sub-throttle actuator open or short circuit.
• Throttle valve motor driver.
• ECU.
