NOTE: If this DTC is set, install a new rear seat entertainment control module even if a circuit fault has been found and rectified

Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the rear seat entertainment remote control docking station circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power
Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear the DTCs and retest. If the fault persists, install a new rear seat entertainment control module
