Removal And Installation: Removal

NOTE:
  • Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  • Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .

  2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  3. Refer to: REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER .
    CAUTION: Before disconnecting or removing the components, make sure the area around the joint faces and connections are clean.

  5. CAUTION:
    • Make sure that the component is clean, free of foreign material and lubricant.
    • Make sure that the sensor tip is clean and free of foreign material.

    Torque Specification: 9 Nm
