Ignition "ON".	Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)". Perform "Actuation Test" of concerned component with KDS.	Fig.1 below

Carefully re-do troubleshooting steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the EGR valve and Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
