Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Remove the knee airbag.

    (Refer to Restraint - "KNEE AIRBAG (KAB) MODULE ")

  3. Remove the shower duct (A) after loosening the mounting screw.

  4. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the SVM unit.

  5. Remove the SVM unit (A) after loosening the mounting screw and nut.
