DTC U019F-00: Lost Communication With Engine Coolant Pump Control Module: General Description

The Electric Water Pump (EWP) circulates coolant of the cooling line for the Engine system. When the Engine system coolants temperature rise over the threshold (set in the ECM), ECM sends the command signal to EWP by CAN communication to operate EWP, and the temperature below the set value then sends stop signal. EWP sends the status information of itself to ECM whether EWP is in fail or not by LIN communication.
