Enable Conditions	Battery voltage is between 6V and 16V Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is greater than -30°C (-22°F) If IAT is lower than -30°C (-22°F) then the time after engine start is more than 60s.
Threshold Value	Engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor's voltage is greater than 4.935V ECT sensor's voltage represents open or short to battery.
