DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the ITM circuit and power stage
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short circuit of ITM
  • Faulty ITM motor
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Current (high) of ITM motor is higher than 6.9A
  • Current (low) of ITM motor is lower than 6.7A
Threshold Value
  • Overheating more than 175°C (347°F) or short circuit
Diagnostic Time
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
