Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/charging station.
  3. Press the lock pin and disconnect the A/C pressure transducer connector (A).

  4. Remove the A/C pressure transducer (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb-ft)

    CAUTION:
    • Be careful not to bend the liquid and suction pipe.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • When installing, replace it with a new O-ring.
