Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the fuel pump.

    (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "FUEL PUMP ")

  2. Remove the fuel sender.

    (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "FUEL SENDER ")

  3. Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A).
  4. Remove the head assembly after releasing the cushion fixing hooks (B).

  5. Disconnect the fuel feed tube (A).

  6. Remove the return nozzle (A) after releasing the hook.

  7. Remove the reservoir cup (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).
  8. Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (C).

  9. Release the fixing hooks, and then remove the pre-filter (A).

  10. Remove the fuel pressure regulator (A).

  11. Install in the reverse order of removal.
