DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in C-CAN line between ESC and SAS
  • Faulty MDPS
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • No network bus off condition
Threshold Value
  • In case that steering angle sensor message is not received longer than 500 ms under normal voltage condition
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF/ON"
Warning Lamp
  • Lamp "ON"
