DTC C160A-87: Local CAN Bus Off: General Description

In MFC, CAN line which is directly connected to SCC/FCA exists separately from Chassis CAN. The relevant CAN is defined as Local CAN, and the relevant CAN transmits or receives CAN signal for carrying out SCC/FCA function among MFC-SCC/FCA functions. The relevant function is not MFC function and this function is carried out by SCC/FCA, so if the relevant CAN signal is abnormal, the warning light of MFC is not turned on, but DTC is saved internally for vehicle inspection.
