Ground Circuit Inspection: Notes
- Ignition "OFF".
- Disconnect battery (-) terminal.
- Refer to OIL PUMP UNIT(OPU) " and disconnect OPU low voltage connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 9, 14 (ground) terminal of OPU low voltage harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Below 1Ω
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "HALL SENSOR POWER CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in ground circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
