DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to ground or open in encoder power circuit of SBW actuator
  • Faulty the SBW actuator
  • Faulty the SCU
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON". (diagnose even when engine is "ON")
Threshold Value
  • Motor encoder power circuit voltage is less than 4.5V
Detecting Time
  • 0.4s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
