Hood Switch Inspection

  1. Remove the front bumper assembly.

    (Refer to " FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY  ") 

  2. Disconnect the hood switch connector (A).

  3. Check for continuity between the terminals and ground as shown in the illustration below.

    (Refer to " HOOD LATCH  ")
