CAN COMMUNICATION LINE INSPECTION REFERENCE

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Reference
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "ON"
 ECM connector 77 (P-CAN High) Chassis ground - Figure below
ECM connector 60 (P-CAN Low) Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Connect all module connectors in proper locations.
 ECM connector 77 (P-CAN High) ECM connector 60 (P-CAN Low) Approx. 60Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect ECM and ICU main connector.
 ECM (Component Side) 77 (P-CAN High) ECM (Component Side) 60 (P-CAN Low) About 120 Ω
ICU (Component Side) 19 (P-CAN High) ICU (Component Side) 20 (P-CAN Low) About 120 Ω
