Ignition "ON", engine "ON".	Connect KDS/GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC). Perform "Actuation Test" of concerned component with KDS/GDS.	figure below.

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the Throttle Position Sensor (ETC Motor) and go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
