Sensor Software Version Mis-Match Check

  1. Check for software version on the BSD sensor label.
  2. Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
  3. Monitor "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" with KDS.

  4. Is DTC status displayed as Present?

    YES 

    • Substitute with a known-good BSD ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace BSD ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
    • In case of BSD ECU is replaced, BSD Radar Calibration must be performed.
