Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the rear bumper cover.

    (Refer to Body - "REAR BUMPER COVER ")

  3. Disconnect the BSD connector (A) and then remove the BSD unit (B) after loosening the screws.
CAUTION: Be careful when removing the blind spot detection unit. The bracket may break off from the bumper.

NOTE: When removing the BSD unit, be careful not to damage the bracket of BSD.
