Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
 
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component and ECM.
 O2 sensor (up) connector 5 (control) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinite)Ω
 
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 O2 sensor (up) connector 4 (power) Chassis ground - B+
O2 sensor (up) connector 5 (control) Chassis ground - Approx. 2.5V (duty)
