Vehicle S/W Management

Inspection Condition Inspection Procedure Reference
  1. Ignition "ON".
  1. Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Select the menu "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS.
  3. Perform "Air Bleeding Mode" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS.
  4. After this procedure, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
 Fig.1 to 4 below.
CAUTION: This is the function to discharge the air inside the oil.

  2. Select the menu "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS.
  3. Perform "Adaptive Value BackUp & Input (ECU replacement)" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS.
  4. After this procedure, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
 Fig.1 to 9 below.
CAUTION: Perform the following procedure when replacing the ECU.

  3. Perform "Adaptive Value BackUp & Input (ECU & Transfer Assy replacement at once)" in "Vehicle S/W Management" with KDS.
  4. After this procedure, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
 Fig.1 to 9 below.
CAUTION: Perform the following procedure when replacing the ECU & Transfer Assy at the same time.
